FOR: The Place of Wonder, A Children’s Book Publishing Company

PROJECT OVERVIEW: To develop an innovative interactive children's book for the Apple iBookstore, offering a rich learning experience that seamlessly integrates storytelling with interactive elements. Through thoughtful user experience (UX) and interface design (UI), the project aimed to provide children with an engaging learning experience that fostered both literacy skills and creativity.

  • “Jossea has been an artist/educator with the mentoring program for many years. She is creative, energetic and has a wonderful way with children. She took part in a environmental project in our program focused on an endangered butterfly and then was inspired to create a children's book on the same topic. She involved the children in our program as illustrators. The whole process was so empowering for all of the kids involved. Parents, volunteers and kids speak so highly of Jossea; they always remember the red headed artist who taught them.
